No Parking

This sign is posted on the parking gate at one of the buildings off the malecon. I just thought it was cute that the buildings’ owners handled this with a bit of humor.

In season there are cars parked every which way on the side streets because the malecon fills up early in the day and stays that way until after dark.  I would imagine that folks would get extremely upset if they were unable to park in their garage because someone was blocking their access.

We also noticed that in season there is a wrecker that patrols the malecon looking for business. Park illegally and they will tow you away?
