Saturday night we were invited to something that turned out to be the highlight of our week. Well first keep in mind Joe and I are not goers we are more of the quiet, sit at home, kind of folks but this evening turned out to be wonderful. Our friends Becky and Keith invited us to a cookout on the beach at their home in San Jacinto. They even had pickup and return service for those of us that do not have vehicles.
The sunset was spectacular, the weather perfect, the company entertaining and the food and drinks hit the spot. The bonfire made for a wonderful backdrop to the perfect evening.
Thank you again Becky and Keith for putting this shindig together.

Wow! Sounds like you need to attend more of these awesome cookouts on the beach. What did you have to eat?
Hi Deb, Keith and Becky had made these great sticks to roast the hot dogs on the fire, we had a green salad, chili and coleslaw..tons of beer and I saw red and white wine and then the best part marshmallows, the old fashioned kind, all crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.. it was great fun, N

Deb, I have never found graham crackers here the closest would be maybe a vanilla or chocolate animal cracker but it would not taste the same. Nancy
